Below is a sample list of some of the best condos for sale that are walking distance to the Cleveland Circle T station on the MBTA's Green Line.  Essentially located on the border of Brighton and Brookline, Cleveland Circle is a favorite with both students and professionals alike due to its great restaurants and bars, easy commute via train or auto, and a fantastic selection of properties ranging from keg-party rental to upscale luxury.   If you're looking to purchase in this area you can expect to pay in the $350-400/sq.ft. range in Brighton Condos and $400-450/sq.ft. in Brookline Real Estate.  Keep in mind that Brookline does not allow overnight street parking, so if you have parking needs and you hope to park on the street, only Brighton would be able to accommodate.  And of course, in addition to the proximity of Boston College, Boston University, and Harvard Business School, it's the convenience of the MBTA station that really makes your commute into downtown Boston and beyond a breeze.  As an agent, the most common request I get from customers is to find properties near the T, which is why owning a Cleveland Circle property gives you a nice advantage when it comes time to resell.   The list below is just a decent cross section of different styles and price points within the area - for help finding any property near the Cleveland Circle T call David at 617-259-0235.
